Tap “Get Started Free” on the homepage, sign up in under a minute, then tap “Create your kitty” and fill in the basics — group name, type (Individual or Couples), members, and a few preferences. Takes about 3 minutes.

Just tap the link. If you already have an account, you'll go straight into the group. If not, you'll verify your phone/email, set a password (or use Google Sign-In), and land right in the group — no separate signup needed.

Individual means one person per membership slot — works for any group, including gents-only kitties. Couples adds a partner name field for each member, for groups where couples attend together.

Yes — after signing up, you'll see a sample “Demo Kitty” you can explore freely. Nothing you do there is saved or shared; it's just there to show you how everything works.

Tap “Pick Host” and the app randomly selects from members who haven't hosted yet this cycle. Once everyone's had a turn, the cycle completes and a new one begins.

Yes. When creating the group, choose “Already running” and check off which members have already hosted. The app picks up the rotation from exactly where you left off.

You can do a random pick (the same animated picker), have the group's organizer volunteer to go first, or manually choose someone — whatever feels right for your group.

From the group's Members tab, Admins can add new members (name, phone/email, and partner name if Couples) or remove someone at any time. Removing a member never deletes the group's payment or event history.

Yes — anyone can view the group, vote on dates, and check payment status via the shared link, with no login required for basic viewing.

Go to the Payments tab, tap the member's name, choose Cash or UPI, and confirm. UPI opens your payment app with the amount pre-filled.

Yes — the Admin can set a custom amount per member if your group doesn't split evenly.

Their status shows clearly as unpaid in the Payments tab, visible to the whole group for transparency — the same way it would be tracked on paper, just clearer.

₹99 per month your kitty is active, for the whole group — not per member. The Admin pays once for the remaining months in your cycle, and the app shows a fair per-member split for however you want to settle it with your group.

No. Tell us how many months are already done, and you'll only be charged for what's left.

The Admin can extend the cycle by a month for a small ₹99 top-up. If it's because your group is taking a break (not adding a member), your first such “gap month” is free.

Reach out to us directly — we handle this case by case and may offer a credit toward your next kitty, rather than a refund.

No refund for early departures, but nothing is lost either — your group keeps full access to everything already paid for.

From the Tambola tab, set the ticket price and payment method, and tickets are generated automatically for each player.

Yes — both ticket collection and prize payouts support Cash or UPI, tracked the same way as regular kitty payments.

Propose a few date options, members vote, and the Admin can close the poll to lock in the winning date.

Yes — AI-powered suggestions are available for any upcoming event in your group, for game ideas, themes, and more.

No separate WhatsApp connection needed — the app generates ready-to-send WhatsApp messages (invites, reminders, announcements) that open directly in your WhatsApp app with one tap.

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen. If you signed up with email, you'll get a reset link. If you signed up with phone, you can set a new password directly for now.

A quick 4–6 digit PIN (or Face ID/fingerprint) keeps your kitty's payment info private if someone else picks up your phone — it's separate from your main login, so you won't need to fully log in every time.

Yes — Google Sign-In is available and usually the fastest option if you're already logged into Google on your phone.

No — once you log in, you'll generally stay logged in for months, with just a quick PIN or Face ID check each time you reopen the app.
